With reference to Your Excellency's letter of the 28th April, relating to the case of Mr.N. I, Brewer, I have the honour to say that I agree with the advice given by the Attorney General in his minute of the 26th February,1931, in C.S.0.916 of 1928, except that I should have suggested the
sum of £1000.
